As we move ahead in our journey through the 21st century making giant leaps in the field of technology, we have today ushered an ‘era of responsibility’. We have begun to understand the importance of making the right choice at the right moment. Living in competition is not nature’s rule. Our survival is possible not by competing with others in the race, but by creating space and circumstances for the survival of others in coordination with our own growth.
For over two decades, we have sustained the momentum of keeping ourselves in the top bracket of “Quality Teaching”, and we promise you that we will continue to thrive further to better the best. Meenakshi Public School is committed to developing a holistic program of intellectual rigor and high academic standards by engaging young learners and ensuring that they evolve into well-rounded citizens.
We at Meenakshi Public School aim at providing a high quality, balanced educational program, which allows each student to develop not only their knowledge and skills but also strong moral values, especially appreciation and respect for different cultures. Meenakshi Public School established in 1992, is a pioneer co–educational English medium school located in the heart of the city of Gurgaon. MPS is the result of the dream, foresight and the dynamic vision of our Patron and Honorable Chairman Late Padmashree G.R. Hada and follows the CBSE pattern of curriculum. The school is known for its exemplary standards in formal education and student discipline. The institution caters to the educational needs of those students who aspire to stretch education beyond the curriculum of text books.
Aims & Objectives
We, at Meenakshi Public School, strive hard to realize the objectives and aims of a sound educational philosophy of converting our children into self actualized human adults, who, while realizing their potentials to the full, become responsive to the needs of their fellow citizens, and develop with a free, scientific and democratic outlook in life, have a craving for independent self learning from their own experiences as well as from the experiences of the human race and learn to live and adjust even with those who may ideologically differ with them. We infuse a feeling of patriotism to make our students proud Indian citizens.
Aims & Objectives

Infrastructure
The institution has a unique attraction of a palatial three storey building, constructed on a vast area of lush green 6 Acres. Besides having about 50 class rooms, it has three Science Labs, two Computer Labs, Language Lab, Bio Tech, Home Science, Geography and Math Labs to meet all academic requirements. A well architecturally designed cafeteria forms a part of the campus. New construction are being undertaken from time to time to meet the increasing requirements of the School. Continuous renovation on the existing infrastructure is a regular feature, and is being done keeping convience, cleanliness and hygiene in view. Modern style wash rooms, additional Aqua Guards to provide enough filtered water, replacement of floor/wall tiles etc. have been some of the latest works completed.
Computer Labs
There are two fully equipped modern computer labs with latest hardware and software systems, fully networked with the facility of Internet. Computer is a compulsory subject for the students up to Secondary level. Computer Science and Informatics practices are provided electives at the +2 level, keeping in mind that Computers are used as an important tool for imparting education and effective communication these days. Fully qualified and specialized teaching faculty has been deployed for this purpose.
Well Equipped Labs
Our school has well equipped laboratories for Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Bio-Technology, Mathematics, Home Science, Geography. Besides catering for the needs of conducting of practical’s based on academic curriculum, the labs meet the requirement of providing exposure to do project work and preparing exhibits/working models by the students.
Library
Reading, the key to success, should be fun and not a chore. The school has a well stacked library where an extensive reference and fiction collection is complemented with carefully selected magazines and periodicals. To inculcate the habit of reading, the students are advised from time to time the go through books pertaining to Biographies and Encyclopedia, General Science and General awareness so as to be well versed about the same.
Language Lab
To make learning interesting, the School has established a state-of –the-art Language Lab in which audio visual teaching is being undertaken to supplement the class room teaching. The progress of each student is closely monitored by a dedicated teacher. To develop sensibilities towards languages like English, French, German and Japanese, the school has established a hi-tech language lab. The prime objective of the lab is to facilitate efficient teacher student interaction for focused language learning skills, including effective and confident communication.
Foreign Languages
In view of the existence / establishment of multinationals and joint ventures in Gurgaon, the School has included Japanese, German and French languages in the school curriculum from class VI onwards.
Physical Education
Physical education is emphasized at all levels for no education is complete without giving due importance to physical fitness. Values such as self-control, discipline, courage and perseverance are instilled among the children through a wide range of games and sports programmers’ based on their needs and interests.
Playing Field/Sports
The School provides ample opportunities for physical, mental and moral development of each child. Various options of games & sports provided are as under
Competitive sports, which are an integral part of the school curriculum, not only motivate the children but also help in developing sportsmanship, tolerance and teamwork.
Activity Hall
To make teaching more activity oriented, a specially designed and fully equipped Activity Hall has been established along the primary wing. This provides the students the opportunity to get exposure to audio-visual learning which helps confidence building and shedding stage fear.
Aquatics
The School has installed an exclusive modern wall design, state of the art swimming pool, with a superior quality filtration system. The school is providing a NIS Trained Coach and Life Guard to train the students.
Transport
Escorted transport is provided, covering almost all areas of Gurgaon, DLF and some parts of South Delhi. The fleet is being constantly upgraded from time to time keeping in view the requirement of students of various localities.
